Bex, thankyou so much for this info, i think il order the stuff right away, its what ive been looking for, i cant find the irrigator on there though!
I think colgate total is a very good toothpaste, i went onto natural ones a couple of yrs ago, maybe that is why my gums receeded, who knows? I might try it again and rinse properly after.
