Demi I can relate to this. I think I've had a touch of it there, but once braces were put on my teeth at age 14-15, the difference in me was profound.
That's when I remember REALLY going weird and it happened quickly too. Very quick, I can now connect it at the point where the metal studs were stuck onto my teeth, even before the wire had been put in. So I now realise it was toxic metals.
I developed an obsessive fear about daylight and I'd avoid it at all costs. I was so strange, I'd shut all my curtains and almost in every room I was in, which annoyed everybody. My blinds were always shut in my room. I didn't know why, but I had an adversion to light.
Blurred vision, severe depression, extremely pale in the face, strange tics (muscle tics), strange thoughts, very slender, very late puberty/menstruation, hair colour altered and became less strongly coloured, skin became horribly blemished and unable to heal properly (not acne, but just badly blemished). I was even getting signs of premature ageing around my eyes. I was a mess. My skin was so dry in areas that it was permanently taut. I tried skin products but was allergic to just about everything. I had stinging sore and red eyes daily, so used eye drops (which I then reacted to). Skin products caused massive rashes over the face, with non stop itching. I was in a right fix.
I became obsessed about my skin, to where I couldn't leave myself alone. Constant checking and in my mind everything was magnified. I had an obsession about checking my appearance constantly. The whole thing took over my life.
Though things improved a bit once braces were removed, I never really came back to any normality. And really it was just ongoing illness from then on and of course it was all amalgam toxicity then, but I had no idea. Plus candida and things. I walked around with dilated pupils, so big they were that people often asked "what are you on?". I also giggled alot as well, often inappropriately too.
Alot of weird stuff went on that half of it I cannot even explain on here. But I'm sure you guys can relate in your own way. It seems these metals do some funny things to the mind and behaviours.
I had compulsive checking behaviours during all this time and amalgam removal did actually calm some of that down. Though it's always "there" to some degree, it was easier. But then i had to withstand the onslaught of detox that came when the stored mercury began to dump out.
That in itself was a nightmare. So, it is very hard to not only deal with the mercury in the amalgam, but then deal with it as it starts to leak back out.
anyway Demi, I'm glad you are getting this poison slowly out of you. And yes it is very hard to have any relationships with this because of the behaviours. It's hard enough for you to cope with it on your own! I know how that is. It's done damage to me in that area also.
I wish you all the best in a recovery from this poison and its effects.
