Thank you, James. Yes, making that appt is the big hurdle. Hopefully, I can keep my anxiety under control and do ok. I also have TMJ, and have had terrible jaw pain and headaches for a few days, so hopefully they do call soon.
It just helps so much when you can come on here and talk to people. It is so hard trying to talk to people in my everyday life that just don't understand, or get tired of talking about it/hearing about it.

I had a panoramic x-ray last year. That is where they saw the metal that got drilled into my jawbone. I had been in tooth pain (and this was back in 2001) and the dentist I went to, drilled right through a mostly metal tooth to do a root canal, and then I went through a divorce and lost my insurance, so I never had the crown done.
