Well, I know since I had these gut problems, steeming from either virus and/or gangrene in jaw (whatever kind of infection), I cannot tolerate chlorella or spirulina. They're an algae, and for some reason they do awful things to me now. They make me very sick and just sit in my gut and don't go anywhere.

So I don't know what mushrooms would do to me...they might be a bit difference I dont' know. I think it does depend on what you have.

I used to go "okish" sometimes on chlorella when I just had mercury, but other times it caused a lot of mercury mobilisation/excretion and I found those symptoms quite intolerable. However, it didn't do then what it does to me now. Things have really changed, so I just can't use algae products.

You can only go by your own responses. These should be pretty healthy otherwise because they contain so much goodness. If you do ok? I'd consume them, unless you notice bad reactions. However, sometimes that can be detox, but you'll probably know if it is or not.

Maybe with bad candida, you may find you don't respond so well to fungal/algae type products.
