RJ, sorry to hear about your situation. I have been sick with chronic fatigue syndrome for over 20 years. I am having my amalgams replaced. I have had 22 done so far and have 3 more to go. This has been very expensive, since most could not be done with composites, but needed inlays, onlays , or crowns. I am sorry that I don't have any ideas about how you could get your amalgams replaced for free or at a low cost. There may be ways to get them replaced free or at low cost if they are in bad condition. I didn't see you mention how many there are or what condition they are in.
