James, I haven't changed over cookware. I probably should. Because as sunshine puts across, eliminating as many sources of toxicity, decreases overall toxic load is helpful in the long run to further healing. The bed you sleep in, everything. But sometimes this for me can become totally overwhelming. I seriously don't have the finance to do all the things I should. That's just the way it is.

But one can definitely do little things for sure. I have stainless steel cookware and teflon (yep bad eh?). I stay away from the teflon now since finding out more about it. Not worth it I guess. Stainless steel is apparently pretty good. Probably not the best though.

I don't take hardly any supplements and am not using chelating agents. Some days I take none at all. The problems I am having are not to do with supplements or overloading anything, it's to do with infections and imbalances inside of me that don't allow for normal elimination.

I take your point though. But I am down to minimal supplements, if any. I also cannot do the same things I used to do either and life has changed dramatically, so I have to adjust. It's awful really. I cannot take hot baths now because of what I now have. I cannot sweat properly and heat makes me close to vomiting and fainting. It does me no good to force it either.

So what I used to be able to do, I can't anymore. I also cannot exercise properly due to the virus and other things. So the most for me is occassional light walking on the flat. Cannot do incline walking or anything vigorous, and cannot do resistance exercises. My how things have changed! Even with mercury I was able to do more. Though often I got ill from stirring it up and that did wipe me out many times, it was in a different way! And lead to improvements long term.

lol, trust me I don't need juicing I've just been complaining about running to the toilet everyday, nearly all day long to people on another thread. Cramping and diarrhea! Not fun. So gotta watch out for things increasing that further.

About the juicing though, I think it might be fine if people want to do that, but I used to do great on the raw thing as it naturally is. HOwever, I used to also by V8 vegetable juice from the supermarket and LOVED it. Lazy bones I know, I didn't have a juicer and didn't bother getting one. V8 was pretty good though!
