Like to list some natural detoxing that I do and also hear some of yours. Someday it will be my turn to chelate and I figure the more natural detox I do now the better my body will handle the chelation.
Here's some things I do daily:
1. Dry brush massage. This is a great, inexpensive, natural detox. Upon arising in the morning I take the oval-shaped brush I got at the health store (cost about $3.00) and starting from my feet work up the body with 5 brushes on each area of skin. When I get up to my torso I brush everything towards the heart. Dry brush massage exfoliates the skin which allows your body to better dump off impurities and toxins and also increases your circulation to aid healing. I also do this in the evening a couple hours before bed. Try it, you will be amazed how good you feel.
2. Loofa sponge with plant-based soap while showering. You can buy a loofa sponge at the store for a couple bucks. Again, exfoliates the skin and increases circulation.
3. Walking. Go a couple miles everyday and breathe deeply the entire time. The lungs are another excellent way to detox the body.
4. Deep Breathing. During the day if I'm not out much I usually make a point to go outside for a couple minutes and again breathe deeply.
5. Sauna would be great but don't have that so in the warmer months park the car outside in the hot sum, leave the windows up, put on a sweatsuit and go read a book for 15-20 minutes. Your neighbors make think yoiu are nuts but who cares? LOL
6. Juicing- stimulates the bowels with are the best detoxer of all. Included in that eating the proper diet with plenty of fiber to insure proper amount of BMs. Candida diets are great but if you are having trouble passing all that protein then either the protein need to be lessened or the fiber increased even more. Same thing with supplements, if theye are impeding BMs then they are no good.
7. Drinking lots of purified water (50% to 75%) of body weight per day)
These are some inexpensive ways in which I detox daily. What are some of yours?
