Does anyone else just fall apart during February? I think it has something to do with the heat running and I just get dried up, but it is so weird how every February is just terrible! (every February since 1997 with the exception of 2006 which I was doing much better until something happened)
I can tell you it is amazing how I can just feel like I can't go on anymore and then poof something brings me out and I am back to my normal self (which isn't anything to be desired, but not anywhere near the horribleness of February)
I started on adrenal replacements in Oct. and really had high hopes that I would not fall to Feb. blues this year, but......
Anyone else deal with this?

February and March have been my worst months these past 4 winters while I've been ill. I'm ill year round but those months are bad; SAD is part of my symptom mix. Maybe it is part of yours too. While you are working on getting rid of the mercury, maybe you could make an effort to get lots of sun on days when it's out. Or you could try doing some light therapy. It was sunny here today and I certainly feel better this evening -- a good dose of sun really seems to help me. Shame we can't bottle it up in the summer and use it whenever we need it.

I've generally always felt the Feb-March blues were due to lack of fresh produce, veggies and stuff from the garden or local farmers more than anything else. Since I have been bottling my own garden stuff I don't experience it much anymore. It may also be the pesticides and chemicals combined with lack of nutrients from produce shipped many miles.
Staying active year round also helps. There are things you can do outside in winter. Dress appropriately.

Feb-March-April even May yick is probably a better way to describe it. I don't usually recover to top notch normal till mid June when the garden is really starting to produce.
i'm pretty sure the fresh veggies have a lot to do with it.

I think we feel better in the summer because of the sunshine, fresh produce, being more active outside in fresh air and SWEATING!!! We all need to sweat and get rid of those toxins. I was thinking the same thing as you guy's, I always feel better in the summer month's. I have 6 acres of grass that I cut and weed eat. I also have two boy's to keep up with. I hang all my laundry outside. I have thought about moving somewhere that's warm year around. Don't get me wrong, I love when season's change. Winter just seem's soooooo long!!! I wonder if anyone on this forum lives somewhere warm year round?
