If you all remember there was a letter that I wrote to my dentist that Russ attached for me on this forum. This is the reply I received from an Insurance Company asking me to sign a paper to proceed with "investigation". I don't know if there is any point to pursuing this as conventional doctors never found anything wrong with me, hence I was not diagnosed with any illness, I am the only person who diagnosed myself with mercury poisoning. Any thoughts on how to proceed?

This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter to Dr. Cuculici concerning treatment you received at her office on Feb.8th, 2005. So that we may process with our investigation into this matter, we ask you to complete the enclosed authorization for medical information so that we can secure your medical records from Carrollwood University Hospital ER as well as the records of any other healthcare providers who have treated you for your alleged injuries"
