I sometimes think I should not have got my amalgams out at all. Then I smack myself around the face……the mercury had to come out at some point, however it done its gonna have hurt me. maybe I could have done the cleanses first…but I didn’t know about all that. No the merc’s gonna come out…..and your fillings needed replacing too Bex…they found amalgam underneath……now you are 100pct amalgam free you can actually heal from this point forwards. You just need a kick start.

Very strange I feel absolutely fabulous tonight. I went to the cinema tonight and I almost drive into town to go clubbing….it is Friday night…..felt like I was back on drugs again….i was buzzing.

I suppose this is a bit of payback for all the crap I went through last week. It’s a funny old game this chelation malarkey…I wonder how I will feel tomorrow?

Did you know Michael Jackson is re-releasing Thriller this year? He has re-mastered it or something. I will get that….it is a powerful album….changed the world that did. $1m that video cost.
