just found this thread, I agree with everyone here, what an arrogant, stupid pri.ck that dentist is, as bex said the issue is NOT whether mercury is or isn't safe, it's about not him being in the position to decide about your dauughter's teeth, and downright ignoring your EXPLICIT request not to put amalgams in your child.

If it was me and my child, I would go to war with the jack.! You should definetely demand a refund at the very least!
