my heels weren't cracked earlier, but for the past few weeks i've been noticing that cracks are being formed. they're still in the initial stage, so pls suggest some effective home remedies so that they are cured before they get worse.

When that happens to your heels it is a symptom of something happening inside you. i.e. it is not an isolated incident of just your heels drying out.
And the heel is a BIG indicator of kidney issues. You may have heard of crystals in the kidneys….well those same crystals also form in the heels. What happens to your heel is an indicator of what is happening to your kidneys.
Massage yr feet with coconut oil. Or castor oil.
For the kidneys, drink lots of water everyday, like 2 liters, on top of anything else you drink. And/or do a kidney cleanse. A kidney cleanse just drinking a special herbal tea every day for a month.

Cracked heels are a sign of lack of proper foot care rather than just overexposure or loss of moisture from the skin. Cracked heels are also known as heel fissures. Fissures are regular linear cut wounds and mostly affect the surface level which comprises the epidermis. Dry skin is one of the most common causes that lead to cracked heels. Coconut oil soothes the skin and helps in resolving cracked heels.
You can explore mamaherb.com regarding natural ways offered by public for treating cracked heels and you can see all the comments for it and to how many people it really helped so far.
