I think another problem is that not everyone gets better quickly like Russ. You have the 80/20 rule. Some people will not detox automatically, this does'nt mean you don't have a mercury problem, it means you might or might not. That is the frustrating part for me, even though there are some very suddle things that changed, no breakthroughs, like my shyness etc. Yet since I had my fillings removed I have been since treated for adrenal fatigue and that has helped vastly. Or maybe it was the fillings? Its SO hard to tell, I for one don't think that no matter how stressed you are, that a normal person can get adrenal fatigue. You have to have something else helping it, I had a nickel toxicity. Many tell me that Nickel is high on hair analysis and that is suggestive of mercury, but my minerals were not out of bounds and my calcium was low NOT high. Nonetheless I could not take the chance that my amalgams may have been contributing to the nickel so I had them pulled. I also have a parasite, which I have also been told that metals help them out too. Very difficult problem, I did'nt get better until I started thinking myself better. Did I start thinking positive from the absence of mercury?
