The Probiotic Eleven has an expiration date indicating its full potency thru this date, provided it is not exposed to heat, which is why it is best to keep probiotics in the refrigerator or freezer. I've been told that if you keep any probiotic supplement in the freezer, it will last indefinitely.

If the product has not been kept in the freezer and the expiration date has passed, it simply means that the potency will begin to diminish after this date. The product can still be used, but you'll just need to take more of it.
