Another note, When I get weird I stop taking just about everything for a few days and let my system clear out. If you are taking high levels of zinc perhaps you might not be getting enough copper, etc. Some things you might take regularly might deplete your body of other things. You might be at a crisis point because of an imbalance.

Might be prudent to stop everything for a few days (of course keep taking anything critical like thyroid pill, dr. prescribed heart meds, you get the point) and give your body a chance to rebalance itself.
