Hi Jinx, I think people here understand very well. I relate to it so much it's like watching myself and how many times I swore like a sailor and worse (threatened anybody even near me with violence). It really is torture. It does depend on the person, because mercury can do different things to different people.

For me it caused terrible rage and worse.

I think garlic can be really great Jinx for some people, but it can be risky for others. I used to do well on garlic supplementation whilst I had amalgams (strange eh?). yet when they were out, garlic became a high risk for me and sent me into insanity land! I cannot readily describe the symptoms to you.

Detox is great and nobody expects to feel ok, but you don't want something that's going to be high risk and may push you over the edge and cause you to do something. It nearly did this to me. Had the same problem with chlorella if I recall.

Just be careful and stick with stuff that you're familiar with and can handle to a point at least. And again watch out for cleanses if they also bring on such an attack.
