I took the Algin before and after the dental visit- along with Activated Charcoal. I took a shower/shampoo afterwards too!

I used the Denta-Chelat mouth rinse during the entire filling removal and breathed into a fan for 30 minutes afterwards. They used a rubber dam on my mouth too- When I rinsed with the dental-Chelat mouthwash, I noticed pieces of the old filling rinsed out into the "spitoon" (for lack of a better word)

Good thing I had a rubber dam on.

During that afternoon, I became strangly fatigued and tired-- as though I took some Benedryl or meds. I put the fan back on and listened to my food cravings. , I craved onions and garlic- so toasted an organic french bread from our healthfood store and cut up red onions and garlic chunks-and poured olive oil on it and garlic salt. -- (yuumm!)

The fatigue left me and while I ate, I also took some Natural Vitamin C supplements and ate an apple.

Then herbal teas.

No symptoms after that- and I continued to take Algin twice a day for the remainder of the week. and wear foot detox patches for one day after the filling removal

My mind is alot more clearer, and again, I notice I can talk slower and am less nervous. I can hold a conversation better than usual- which is amazing to me- and I am calmer. I noticed this behavior change starting as of this past Friday. I got the fillings out Monday. Still have two more to go for September 1st.

Also, i might add that I passed some dead liver fluke worms the day after the filling removal, Seems Dr. Hulda Clark is correct. Mercury in the body creates a "safe haven" for parasites and bad bacteria- because mercury kills good bacteria that would normally fight these pathogens.

The Algin pushing out the mercury out of my body probably pushed just enough mercury out to make some of my intestinal parsites a little uncomfy!

I am going to use it again before and after my last 2 fillings removal in September- as well as during chelation.
