Only one time did I have heart palpitations. I wound up getting all these heart tests and, in hindsight, what a waste! It was the mercury! They found nothing with those tests.

I had irritability for many months, with periods of anxiety here and there. The way I controlled these best was exercise (running and lifting, but running helps more), and diet. But it should slowly go away as mercury leaves system. It can seem endless, but it CAN get better, much better.
