I have seen suffering severely from mercury poisoning since I had 8 amalgams removed without proper protection that was done on May 2005. I only had amalgams put on my mouth in 1999 then like 2 year later I started feeling kind of weird (mild depressed and very tired). After I had all my amalgam removed I have been in hell many times. I’m using the Cutler protocol and its helping me but I still suffer form many irrational fears.
My protocol is base on DMPS 20 mg plus ALA 30 mg plus many supplements ( Vit C, milk thistle, B12, B6 , Omega 3 , Gaba, Pregnenolone, Thyroid and adrenal meds. Etc.
Now I only take ALA 30 MG every 3 hours 3 days on.
This is my issue: I have notice like 2 years ago I started to feel very anxious about women approaching me. It started really bother me to feel lime that. Anyway I met this gal like 5 months ago and suddenly I had this horrendous anxiety, I couldn’t just think about her with feeling panicky. In all this time I just couldnt gave up, I hated the idea of losing her, anyway when I felt at peace about to end the relationship, she told she was pregnant. Now I don’t know what to do, in one hand just the idea of talking to her make feel nervous but she need my support and I feel I just cannot handle this. I feel this is insanity, I never felt so weird in my life.
Please reply only if you something constructive to say
Thanks,
Joe

Hi JoeD, sounds exactly like me. Same thing happened (re fear). I am very sorry to hear of how this has turned out, but no life is "not meant to be", though the circumstances are obviously unfortunate.
What diet are you following? How are you treating candida (if at all?). Mercury can do this yes, but so can yeast and combined they can cause a real nightmare of these kinds of symptoms.
It is great you are chelating like this with the ALA, which will be working on organ mercury and also unfortunately ALA does not suppress emotional symptoms, but often worsens them. So that's why some people find taking it WITH DMSA can help. It depends on each person.
Sorry if you are already on a good strict diet and treating yeast. But if you're not, that is very important.

Anxiety can come from many directions: mercury, adrenal fatigue and thyroid problems. Diet contributes to all of these. Anti-candida will help, carefully taking supplements also. If you've got the time go to the post by Nina. There is some great advice there on supplements, diet, etc .by Sunshine. I also posted some info to assist you with adrenals / thyroid. All of these are interconnected. It's hard to say what came first, amalgams attacking the body or the body breaking down and the amalgams then assisting. However, diet and supplements are essential with chelating at levels that DO NOT exacerbate your symptoms. If you feel more edgy, more fearful, anxious, etc. during chelation then maybe your dosage is too high. Consider taking half of what you now take and see if that helps.

Well.... sticking my nose into someone else's very personal business isn't really my thing... but since you've laid the cards on the table...
I'd say... you are panicking because deep inside you feel you are not well and won't do as well as you know you can in a relationship, maybe some sort of screwed up hormonal reaction due to being chronically ill wih the mercury.
However, just because you aren't feeling your utmost best doesn't mean life has quit on you, it obviously has not.
You like the lady that's clear. Let her know about these mercury issues, keep caring for yourself and you will get well in time believe it or not. There are lots of people here who have experience with mercury and toxin cleansing.
I'd hate to say give up when it appears you've just gotten going. A family of your own is the best support you'll ever find. It's work and responsibility but nothing else in this life comes close to the rewards as far as I can tell. Nothing else comes close to inspiring a person to make the most of themselves like a family to take care of either.
Congratulations Dad, go with it. Just let her know you have some issues you are still working on. can't imagine that will make her feel any differently about you today than she did 2 weeks ago.

Joe, you didn't tell us how old you are, or exactly how you feel about this woman. Does she want to have the child? Would you consider marrying her? Would she want to marry you?. We also have no idea about your financial situation. I really can't give an opinion about how I might react in such a circumstance without having more information.
You should try thinking about how she may be feeling. How old is she? Is this her first pregnancy? How does she feel about being pregnant?
