some people in another group i am in dealing with a drug reaction i had are using a protocal where the emphasis is increasing glutathione. not all these people have heavy metals but the damage the drugs did to our nervous and immune systems concerns them. glutathione is supposed to really help witht he particular problems the drug caused.

anyways, i haven't learned that much about glutathione but i am pretty sure it is our natural detoxification agent produced in our bodies. those of us with heavy metals are probably mostly or totally depleted. how important is it to try and increase those levels?

the protocal these people are using is very expensive. i know i can't afford it and have to spend my money wisely. good food and some supps etc. but even their glutathione product alone is like 99 bucks. supposedly it takes multiple amino acids to convert to glutathione and is a intricate matter increasing those levels. they supposedly have the best combo of those things that are affective.

some of you may have heard of dr. sherry rogers (an authority on environmental/chronic illness). she wrote a book called, "detox or die," where i know she encourages glutathione to detox.

what have you guys learned about it and does andy talk about it in his book? what do you guys think?
