Hi Gloria, sorry for the long delay in responding!!

I have done that before to0 (regarding typing a post and pushing the wrong button and it disappears). It drives me nuts. I've done it on email too. Nothing worse when you've put effort into it and it's all for nothing.

Yes, that friend of yours probably did the right thing with no only amalgam removal but also supporting her health ongoing. It's not just about getting fillings out, it's the entire picture. Even Hal Huggins says that more recoveries are destroyed due to wrong diet or overdoing it too soon after amalgam removal.

It is one answer, but it's not the entire answer. THe body really does need help to excrete the toxins and heal from this and it can take a few years. It's not easy.

I think the ADA personally is trying to phase out amalgam very very slowly, but surely. Because they know full well it's toxic and word is getting around. more people are aware, further tests will come in the future that will prove this even moreso, so they can't very well admit to it being toxic or they will be sued. The only way is to keep using it, so nobody will think there is a problem, but just gradually phase it out and nobody will be much the wiser. MOre dentists will no doubt become biologic also. It's about informed choice and people now are getting that as time goes on about amalgam. It's not much of a secret anymore. Though some are still in the dark.

People tend to get annoyed when you mention it, they don't want to know it's toxic and you get the impression they think you're a bit....neurotic or something.

That is very strange about the purple tongue with white coating and the acrid smell under your breasts....very strange. I wonder if you were exposed to some toxin and were not aware of it? And that was part of it trying to come back out? Perhaps it just took a long time to come out and the supplements you took may have helped along the way.... because to me it definitely sound like you ingested/inhaled/absorbed something...seems strange to me why it would just clear up.

Yes high blood pressure in our family also. Mercury can also cause high blood pressure! But yes it is also hereditary, but the thing is, whatever someone's genetic weakness is...toxins emphasise that weakness. Mercury seems to capatilise on it, as do other poisons. Are there natural ways of helping it? E.g. sugar free diet? additions of fish oils? (mercury free)? Removal of any sources of toxic load (e.g. amalgam/root canals etc)?

That's horrible about the pills stuck in fatty tissues of those people. UGH, that is putting me off taking them. I am taking powder multi vitamin/mineral, liquid milk thistle, liquid selenium and unfortunatey capsule magnesium, vitamin E, zinc.....

Im not familiar with Dr Jensen, thanks for letting me know. I'm still experimenting right now with what the doctor gave me, so I wont go and search anything else just yet. I have started teh thyroid hormone yet. I've tried iodine, but it seems when I take it, I feel hyped up....not sure if that's coincidence, but if it continues, I'll know that this is not what my body wants.

It is ongoing, it is very hard, there is no real respite or improvements so to speak. I can only hope for further relief. I'm finding sweet corn a problem (too high in carbs) and possibly carrots also. So I'm getting fed up with the diet side of it for sure. I ate those and another day had some coleslaw with dressing and immediately knew I had fed the organisms in the gut. I know the symptoms well, it's horrible.

anyway, take care and hope you're feeling ok?
