Hi Bex

Yes, I think my doctor is into kinseology, but not sure if it's helped me all that much to be honest. It's not getting to the underlying problems and this is what needs to be dealt with. It's very expensive to try and take this or that that doctors recommend sometimes only to find you're not much better at the end of it.

Bex, this is most interesting. A Doctor that I am friend's with uses Kinesiology to determine what supplements can help with particular circustances and which ones are rejected by the body. This is really a great help for what I have seen.
I do agree with you that it can get very expensive to be buying this and that product that either doctors or people recommed. This is where Kinesiology helps a lot. This doctor friend of mine says that patience is very much needed when healing with natural methods because it takes one month per every year that our bodies have been abused to get results. If a person has been abusing the body for 12 years, then it will take 12 months to achieve positive results. I have found that it doesn't necesarely have to be so, sometimes, especially with Homeopathy a person can get immidiate results and then just mantain.
I can see why it has been so frustrating for you. You seem to have tried everything possible and not gotten the results you so much wish and need.
I know by my own experience that consistency and absolute dedication has paid big time. Like I said before, sometimes it is just one simple thing, nothing complicated and the person heals.
I went to an herbology seminar about 2 months ago. My neighbor is an 80 year old sweet, sweet lady. She had her left knee totally swollen and the pain didn't let her walk. She was very sad because she is very active and since she couldn't walk she was depressed and began to tell me, she wanted to die. This little old lady takes 18 pills, (regular meds), every day. I won't even go into it, we all know medicines, especially, cholesterol and high blood pressure meds, kill you, slowly but surely. Her daughter and I tried several remedies but nothing helped. Well, when I went to this herbology seminar the doctor talked a lot about interreaction of herbs and foods with medications. When he was talking about the fruits and vegetables nutritional properties, he said that beets are a very potent liver cleanser. Whether juiced, cooked or raw, beets go to work on cleansing the liver very aggresively. When a person is taking lots of meds or eats a lot of junk, drinks a lot of coffee or dark sodas, bad water, alcohol drinks, they usually have a very toxid liver. When the liver is very toxic and beets start cleaning house aggresively the person feels very sick but don't know what's wrong. If the person has a weaken immune system over all, the person can die from the overwhealming removal of toxins. He went through all the symptoms and violent reactions the person can experience. Guess what? My neighbor's daughter was giving her 4oz of beet juice every other morning because her doctor had said she was slighly anemic. I could quickly identify the symptoms and reactions my neighbor was having. Once the beet juice was stopped and exchanged for celery juice, she began to get well and the knee swelling dissappeared together with her depression, also her insomia went away.
Something so simple as beet juice was playing havoc with my poor neighbor's body.
This is why I believe that a person who wants to heal with natural alternatives has to study, read and keep informed. To buy supplements you have to study your own personal needs and trust your insticts. Doctors as well as alternative medicine practicioners are human beings like you and me and they don't have all the answers. You know your body like nobody else does and as frustrating as it might seem, keep trying, there is an answer for you, you'll see.

I also understand where you are coming from regarding how expensive natural alternatives are, but look at this way: There is this pneumonia epidemic going around. Drs offices, hospitals, you name it are full of sick people with pneumonia right now. My husband's friend was told he had to wait 6 hours for a doctor to see him in the ER.
I don't know where you live but this is happening here in California where I live.
My husband got the pneumonia and was very sick with it but it was over in 4 days. He went back to work on the fifth day. It cost me $264.00 dollars to get him well and up on his feet again.
His boss got the pneumonia also, almost at the same time than my husband did. The man was given antibiotics for 15 days. He has not been able to go to work, he feels very, very weak and all he wants to do is sleep but the cough doesn't let him. He is taking cough medicine with codeine, yet the cough remains.
The difference? He paid, $100.00 co-payment for the ER visit and $10.00 co-payment for the antibiotics and $10.00 co.payment for the cough medicine. He has spent $120.00 dollars and after 7 days he is still at home, sick as a dog and unable to work.
Which one is the really expensive one?

I'll answer the rest of your email later on. It has been a very enticing read; it even made me go back to old notes and also to do some research.

Maybe together we can find a way to help you.
