Hi Bex.
Tell me, do you have someone that has kinesiology knowledge and can help you find out if the cleanse you are planning to do is what you need?
Also, with Kinesiology you can find out if Cat's Claw is good for you.
I know it is frustrating to find the right path to health, it is a hard struggle. Some find it easier than others but is still no piece of cake.
The thing here is that you don't know for sure you have an infection. The other thing is that you are afraid of what might happen if you do the wrong thing. And the third one is that your financial situation doesn't allow for you to really try a whole program.
I don't know if I mentioned to you that when my husband was very sick and his doctor threw his arms up and told him, he honestly didn't know what to do with him, he recommended natural methods. Well, we found out how expensive alternative menthods are. We went from paying a $20.00 insurance co-payment to $400-500 dollars a month in supplements. I had to get a second job. It took a year for my husband to come around. He went from being in the hospital at least once a month if not two, to only going to see his doctor once a year. His doctor jokes with him telling him that it has cost him a lot of money to have sent him to Natural alternatives. Now days we are down to spending $200-250 a month. I also learned to cut down my grocery list and include the supplements as part of our daily foods. It was not easy but it has worked like a charm.
I think the mistake people make is to see supplements as a separate entity when they really are daily foods. The body will always assimilate powders and liquids much better than pills. The way I see it if I spend my money on a good powder or liquid power meal, it might cost me: $45.00 for a months supply but if I buy a bottle of vitamins for $19.99 and these pills cause acidity after going through my digestive system, the body will assimilate nothing or 20% if my digestive system is in good condition. However if I take powdered or liquid supplements, I might get at least a good 70-80% absorption of nutrients. Nutrition books teach you all of these things.
You need someone with Homeopathy knowledge to guide you when taking Heel's remedies. Also, in your case a simple remedy might work better than several together. In other words, classic homeopathy may work better for you.
Regarding Probiotics, yes, I have to agree they are expensive. If you buy cheap ones I have found out they do not work. I only buy the ones from NSP (Nature's Sunshine), I find them very reliable. I don't exactly know what you should see or feel when taking them. I know I feel good when I take them and lousy when I don't and the same with my husband. I do notice that we feel more energy if we drink some Kefir and take two capsules of probiotics with it. When my husband was sick, we muscle tested and he had to take 20 capsules a day. Now he only needs one in the morning and one at night. One time I told one of my friend that the probiotics alone were going to send us to the poor house. She told me to buy the Kefir and drink it at the same time we take the capsules since it maganifies the amount of probiotics. I did and the Kefir saves me money.
You mentioned that you regret taking the fillings out. I don't know how you felt before taking them out but imagine that you had to feel pretty bad to do it.
I used to be fatigued all the time and a friend of mine told me about taking my mercury fillings out. I told her I couldnt' do that because I am so scared of dentists that I'd probably have a heart attack. Now that I know about what has happened to you, I am glad I didn't even considered it.
My fatigue went away after I discovered I had high blood pressure and found the best natural way to control it
Can you make me a list of what your diet consists off?
I better go to sleep, I am dead tired and need to get up early tomorrow morning.
