I have read extensively on this matter and witness some pretty awesome results in people who were quite ill. I have read about positive result that H.H. as well as doctors who have used this ionic foothbath have had with their patients. They cannot explain scientifically why they come back time after time looking forward to having the footbath.
But lets say that it was all a hoax like you mentioned. If such a hoax helps people to change their lives habits and take the time to listen to their bodies, to take supplements that are helping them, and overall live a better life, I am really happy for them.
I remember an evening that I was feeling at the end of my rope. I was so exhausted I didn't know if I could make it back home. I was facing a 2 and 1/2 hour drive in the rain. I went into a healthfood store to get seasalt and I was introduced to the Ionic foothbath. Of course I received a sale talk and like you I was skeptic but I love to try new things and so, I said to myself, "What the heck, why not?"
I left the place rested, full of energy and ready to face the trip home. I didn't get sleepy behind the will. In fact, I couldn't believe how alert I was.
They did give me the paper work to read about what was going on. I was informed the colors were not important and to just focus on how I felt. I read the papers and these were very explicit explaining what the device is believe to do and it also said, nothing has been proven scientifically.
When I left that place, I couldn't care less if it had been proven scientifically or not. I was thankful my tiredness had gone away and very happy to get home safe.
It doesn't hurt to try things once and then decide how this or that worked for me personally. To this day, those were the best $35.00 dollars I spent that month.
Whatever happened worked for me.
