It's hard to be certain how many chemtrails we're getting over Columbus (Ohio) now because it's overcast most days. When I can see the sky I usually don't see any chemtrails.

I think that whatever they're spraying doesn't work well in very cold temperatures but I could be wrong. Also, as you noted they don't spray on windy days.

I'm sure that in the spring I'll start to see a lot more activity.
