I got to read much more of it today. I was not to impressed. Most of the book is stuff you can read other places. I wanted In the end he finally got around to telling that his core problem was mercury and how he addressed it. But not nearly enough verbiage on his journey from discovering his metal toxicity to cured (or symptom less anyway). He should have lots of good insight into using Chlorella and the other things he mentions.
One thing he says is that if you have a reaction from something like Chlorella you should take MORE not less (which follows against instinct and doesn't seem logical). If it is freeing up more mercury than it can carry taking more will be able to carry some but free up more in the process!?!
I might give the PCA-Rx a try. It's $125 for a little spray bottle. I'd like to get more stable with my current regimen which includes Selenium, Pectasol and Spirulina (maybe a little chlorella).
