Bex, I will start off slow. More than anything, I hate that I spent the $30 and hear is may make me ill. I heard so many good things about it.
I have a pill form so not sure if that is the cell wall you're takng about


As for taking it as an oil, I already bought the pills. I spend WAY TOO Much on sups as I am sure many here do.
