Hi Peacesoul, I think some people can have trouble digesting chlorella because of the tough cell wall (something like that). Many now have "broken cell wall" chlorella and are easy to digest.

But again I am not certain. It can depend on allergy potential too I guess. I got signs when I started to burp the chlorella up and from there it worsened into vomiting later when I continued to take it. So I had to stop of course. May have also been the type of chlorella it was.

I used to do "ok" on a broken cell wall chlorella by (nature's way). But again it was years ago and it may have just been ok for me then. HOwever, it caused a lot of symptoms with the mercury and I found often intolerable because of that alone. Then again I found almost anything intolerable when I was moving mercury. Sometimes it was ok and there were times I felt better. But all in all I found Andrew Cutler's a safer and better bet.

People have varying results from chlorella and some do just fine on the stuff. Some can't stand it. I would start off with a very low dose and test reactions first if you really want to try it.

You may find this link useful, Russ (the owner) recommends this and I think this was similar to the protocol he used to get detoxed.

I hope that is helpful to you.
