Good question, Sandra. I've been thinking this myself. We all know that the brain and nervous system is the least part of our body capable of recovery. But I read somewhere that our neuro-cells do regenerate, something like every seven years, so I think it could be possible for us to get better, only it will take some time, and not be over night.
I find that my anxiety levels are not always bad, and they have been somewhat less since I've been taking vitamin c and not the glucosamine sulphate. I took it the other day and my anxiety level by the morning was quite high, so I'm thinking food can trigger problems. I'm not taking it now until I've had my fillings done.
As people have got better sometimes from MS after getting their fillings out, I think it could be that improvement is possible.
