You're welcome Bfree! It seems overwhelming at first with all the information, but you soon get used to it. Do things only as you can handle it. The frequent dose group is excellent in a technical sense for information about this particular protocol, testing, places you can get the chelating products. etc.

I hope this will all help you on your journey in getting well. I have his book also, but the cover has fallen off it...so that should tell you how many times it's been picked up and gone through <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I find it is a very indepth and often complicated read, but jam packed full of helpful information. It is not the most organised book, but is probably the best book on mercury toxicity and chelation that I have come across. I find the supplement suggestions a bit overwhelming, but he covers almost everything. So I pretty much followed the chelation and did what I coudl with the supplements, usually just taking only the basics and following a good diet.

I also had Hal Huggins book "It's all in your Head" too because I really feel his and Cutlers is excellent to have on hand. Huggins goes into the best diet for a mercury toxic person and believes they should eliminate sugars, wheat/gluten, caffeine, milk etc and instead consume enough protein from meat and eggs and fats like real butter. This is to aid the body to heal and handle the toxins too.

Many people mercury toxic can become far worse when eating sugar and wheat and things like that. I have ousted them all, including coffee. and upped my intake of protein in meat and eggs and animal fats like butter and lard and also having extra virgin olive oil. It does help.

You may find this helpful to you as well if you are interested in your diet. http://www.westonaprice.org/splash_2.htm
Check the options out on the left side and go from there. Fantastic information and probably the best advice I have heard on this topic!
