I did have a hair analysis back in June of 2006 and it indicated that my mercury level was not high. I also have read that a hair analysis is not a good indicator of mercury because mercury can hide deep in tissues and this will not be detected through a hair analysis.

I had a hair analysis before I put the pieces together that brought me to the conclusion of mercury poisoning. At the time, I was really researching Grave’s Disease. I had the hair analysis done through Dr. Janet Star Hull’s website. Here is link to her website: http://www.detoxprogram.net/ I see that Sunshine P mentioned that there is a specific hair test that should be done to test for mercury. I would appreciated it, if you have the time, to check our this website and let me know if this is the correct hair analysis or, if there is another one available that I should have used.
