I just want you to know what a lady Sandi was.
Sandi and I met thru this forum after we figured out we lived about 3 miles apart.
At the end of 2006 we got together for a couple of great chats. This was just before she ended up in the hospital with the excruciating pains that turned out to be, I guess, the ovarian cancer.
I know, even then , that she had to be having a lot of bad days bacause we would often have to reschedule our coffe chats. Amazingly she was even then more concerned about the probability that she had passed the mercury down to her chilldren than what it was doing to herself.
She was a great tough gorgeous Norwegian who I know fought to the end. I am very saddened by her demise and really do believe that she would be so proud of us all if we could find a way to use her calamity to advance this case against mercury.
We did e-mail until right near the end and there was never an ounce of quit in her soul.
I do miss her
