Hi there, I'm a little overwhelmed by all the different types of supplements available. I have high lead, copper and nickel levels so would like to take Zinc, Molybdenum, Selenium in addition to those i'm already taking. I am trying to find Candida safe supplements ie no soy, yeast, wheat, sugar, dairy, artificial additives etc. Does anyone have good supplement suggestions for the above?

Molybdenum : This is the one I use and I order it from that company too. Quick delivery if you in the UK. But that brand is good wherever you get it. Nice high dosage too. 1000ug. Sunshine, why do you take this? What's it good for? G

I take Molybdenum for two reasons. Firstly I had high copper and this inhibits copper absorption from the intestine.
Secondly it also counteracts some effects mercury causes. It is anti-mercury.

I use solgar Molybdenum 150mcg with calcium. There is not too much choice among the major online vitamin vendors.
Also 25 mg Zinc Chelate, Natural Factors
And For selenium Natures Way Selenium as Selenomethionine which Andy Cutler recommends in his book.
I buy most of my stuff from iherb.com
