it sounds like we have been down the same road with mercury poisoning, your hell has been for 10 years, mine only 6 years ,some days I still find it hard to believe that I am mercury poisoned by my dental fillings , if we only knew back then what a nightmare we were headed for ,i would of fought tooth and nail to prevent this from happening , I was very lucky that I got dental insurance as part of my military retirement pension, I had no idea how important it would be to me now for my corrective dental work .
have you checked with other dentist that do probono work or other orginizations like DAMS or IAOMT that may know more info on programs that may be able to help you ?
