Oh and I did my candida test through Genova Diagnostics. Holistic Dr. ordered the test.
I thought it was a pretty good indicator of my candida load, also shows enzyme levels, bacteria levels good and bad.
I found out with this test my good bacteria was zilch, not good, and that's with 2 years of probiotics Ouch!
