I seem to do well on an oregano product called ADP>it is in tablet form and contains 50 mg per tab. My ND has me taking a tab of Intenzyme Forte, which seems to be a bunch of enzymes, to ensure that the oregano is being absorbed. I am up to taking 3 of the oregano a day plus 1 Intenzyme. oregano is supposed to be one of the most potent natural anti-fungals.
I tried coconut oil recently but didn't do well on it.
