Well, I know that Andy does recommend anti-depressants if they help offset some of the symptoms of mercury. However, in many people they may cause more problems than not due to side effects. I just think if someone can do without them, then definitely do so. I'd imagine they may also hinder detox a little too and who knows what they might do with longer term use.
I never got much help from then. The only help I got with my severe depression and anxiety was being on a candida diet. And later chelating properly.
I'm not sure what form you should take the curcumin. I do not know if the liver phases return balance out once detoxed, but I'd imagine they probably would if the cause is mercury.
I really messed myself up badly when I smoked a load of cigarettes in one night. For many many months on end. So my body just cannot eliminate toxins properly, they tend to stay put and cause ongoing issues.
And this includes toxins from yeast overgrowth too. So I have to watch my diet, and watch my exposure to other toxins as well and then if I keep this up, at some point improvement is noticed.
Also in managing fast live rphase I and slow liver phase II, it is actually important to take things to encourage phase II. you can't go wrong doing that. Like fish oil, antioxidants, proper diet. All help liver phase II, but mainly they're good for the overall liver. Milk thistle also.
Liver phase I can be slowed down a bit apparently by things like onions, grapefruit and the curcumin.
