Yeah - happy Christmas everyone. How difficult is it to stick to the diet when everyone else is drinking alcohol and eating chocolate?! I hope we will all be better next year - wouldn't it be great if we are no longer on this forum next Christmas?!
I hope Sandi is as comfortable as possible. My best wishes to her and her family.

Hi Everybody, Really busy and tired but wanted to stop and say MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! I just want to say that without all of you this last year would have been unbearable. Mikey and Rachel, thanks so much for the kind words and same back to you! This forum for me has been a haven in many ways. Met so many wonderful people here! I do wish that everybody could get off this forum too (for the right reasons)...but in a way I'd miss them too.
