Before I did humaworm, I could only eat salad at every meal, otherwise I got sick for 5-10 days. After humaworm 60pct of my intolerances disappeared and I gained 10kg in 2 months (24 pounds) which was wanted and needed as I am very underweight. Other things that I did also help in this, but humaworm was …….awesome. I had a large die-off and a large heeling crisis after that…then I was a new man.

I am doing the humaworm 1 month parasite cleanse and the humaworm bowel cleanse, also 1 month. Doing both at the same time, start and finish. I am at day 9.

First few days only minor stuff happened, few strange pimples, bit of heartburn, pee smelt nasty, slightly swollen ankles, mouth sores, but all minor stuff, all related to the parasite cleanse. Then on day 7 I passed some strange black gunk. My BM was slimy & jet black, but I’m talking nasty, black death type black. Gloppity gloop nasty. That was something unnatural slithering out of me, yuck! Better out than in and that’s for sure. I wonder what it was? Was it parasite related or bowel related? Maybe mucoid plaque? I donno. Maybe blood from me bleeding inside somewhere? I donno? After I passed that I felt really good. I was in a real good mood with limited aches and pains.

The following day I woke up to a little bit o muscle weakness in my lower back and major body itches all over my back and face. 7/10 for itchiness.

All the itchin’ is parasite related and is quite normal, not everyone gets it, but lots do. On my first cleanse this itching last about 2 weeks and was fairly nasty for 5 days of those 2 weeks.

Last time I then had a healing crisis, which was basically just like having a big cold together with a load of strangeness, like itching, pimples, strange aches and pains.

All this unpleasantness is bearable because of the end result, which as I said, ………..i was a new man after last time. It is all manageable anyway.
