I tried it for the first time today as well, also twice for 20 mins each time. I used VCO which was nice, I like the taste. I also noticed that my teeth were whiter after the first time and I had a sore throat for a short time after. However I'm going to stop as I want to start the humaworm cleanse tomorrow and want to know what treatment is having what effect. I will start the oil pulling again after the humaworm. Please do let us know your experience with the oil pulling as you go along!
