http://curezone.com/forums/description.asp?f=738I use virgin coconut oil(VCO) i have had problems with rancid oils. they make me sick as a dog, and Oil pulling with rancid oil is......................unpleasent. i have no problems with VCO and i can recommened it for oil pulling.
