Hi shawn, we are basically the same age and everything I've read that you've written I can realte to 100%, it sescribes me to a T.
As a child I was also very sensitive , very emetional, at school whenever there was a literature lesson talking about all those suicidal poets and artists I was thinking, gee sounds like me, I felt like I was sensitive to every little evil on world, every little injustice, the world was such a scary place to live in, with bad people all over I just shut myself off and became completely egoistic and selfish just to protects my vulrenalable "self". I felt like I was the only person in the world who felt this 'evil' and carried it's weight and couldn't understand how other people could just ignore it, and that got me into a judgemental mode etc etc So yeah depression, neurosis, anxiety was my middle name.

Relationships? Had almost none, as I had no self-esteem and was afraid of commitment plus felt so lonely and alienated I couldn't relate to other people so just it didn't make sense. So on one hand I was afraid to commit to a relationship at all and on the other I craved it so much because I wanted to hide somwhere like in the arms of a partner. So either way it was bad.

I was that my whole life and it all changed when at 22 I began treating candida and detoxing, also used some ALA not knowing of it's danger with having fillings in, but I think it helped back then to chelate some mercury out of my brain and emotionally I became a completely different person. It's like suddenly I felt well attuned to the world around me and knew how to interpet people without feeling insulated, my emotional intelligence made a HUGE LEAP, and honestly I became a completely different person. Sure there were still issues cause I wasn't well but the change was dramatic.

It's strange because right now a lot of the time I feel emotionally quite stable but I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing , because my brain is bascially in a coma and I dont register things emotionally anymore perhaps? I dunno, but I will tell you shawn, your problem is definetely metals and you need to get those f*ckers out of u and you have a GREAT chance of recovery.

Two things I would rteally suggest are: candida diet and coffee enemas. Despite my recent bad experience with enema, I still think they are a good thing, just dont be too agressive like I was. Coffee enemas dont work on me anymore as I am screwed up beyong comprehension probably, but they HELPED ME immensly over a year ago before I got severely poisoned at a dental office.

Andy cutler says that if u want to get rid of copper toxicity you have to chelate any mercury out as it causes other metals to be retained and get your liver working and bile flowing as copper is excreted through bile. So coffee enemas would be great for this. Of course inlude copper antagonists, zicn, selenium etc.
