Yes, you can add selenium before removal. All those supplements I quoted above you can start before removal. Just go slow slow to make sure no adverse reactions.
Vit c – I don’t know which is better.
Don’t beat yourself up (too much) about the fish. I did the same. I had a difficult diet and I ate Japanese food 2-3 times a week for at least one year. $hit happens. Need to look forwards not backwards…..
The damage is reversible if you follow a safe protocol.
Doctors…..ummmmm……good luck. I will say from my own experience that you are wasting your time, but you may find someone, if you are lucky. Good luck. The only doctor that will be acceptable is a doctor that is aware of the Cutler chelation protocol, or one that is willing to read his book and then help you follow his protocol. These guys are few and far between.
The help my doctors have given me either hurt like hell or they told me I was not ill, there was nothing wrong and to go home, relax and enjoy my good health.
Seriously…you need to be yr own doctor. Did u buy the book yet?
Even more seriously if your chosen doc gives you something to do, try, read, experiment with….make sure you ask someone here if its ok. Someone somewhere will know if its any good or if it screws people up. The more you follow these mercury forums the more you see the trouble people get into by following crap advice from doctors. I speak from painful experience. Looking at your posts, I see you too have already found this out with the metal detox.Don’t let it happen again!
Doctors with no mercury experience cannot be trusted.
