I used to get burning feet. I remember it quite well when I had amalgams. I am sure i've heard this as one of the symptoms. Certainly it mentions burning sensations in different areas of the body (even the throat). Ever had the sensation of a burning spark/ember at the back of your mouth?

I would add selenium and vitamin E to your regime, because you will need loads of antioxidants. Mercury deplets them dramatically to a devastating degree. If you handle whey protein? That is great, because it increases glutathione. Though in some it can increase mercury symptoms too much.

OTher than that? I am unsure of what else you could add because it's so individual. Russ mentions algin as being a great asset, because it can mop up mercury it comes into contact with and is especially helpful when you still have amaglams and/or you eat seafood!

Diet is very important and without a good diet, some of these things may not be very effective. Hal Huggins mentions that diet can destroy more recoveries than anything else!

No sugar, no gluten grains (especially wheat), no milk (interfers with the detox of mercury), and making sure you get enough protein from eggs and meat and increasing healthy fat intake like butter, lard, extra virgin olive oil, fish oil (mercury free). They all aid brain healing and hormones, plus increasing bile production, good for the skin, cells, etc.

Definitely don't do any low fat/no fat diets, they are very bad, especially if you are poisoned. Take a look into the findings of Dr Weston Price
