Hi Nina, Cellular Build contains: Dietary nucleotides (the building blocks of DNA and RNA); Astragalus and fructooligosaccharides (immune-enhancing and intestinal tract-supporting nutrients); and Milk thistle for liver support As far as multi-vitamins go...I recommend taking a good, full-spectrum multiple vitamin/mineral, and then take extra vitamin C and vitamin E with selenium. I personally switch back and forth between Super Supplemental and the new liquid VitaWave. Both are amazing as far as the amount of energy you get from them. In fact, you can feel the liquid VitaWave start working in about 10 minutes! Plus, VitaWave also includes amino acids, immune supporting herbs, adaptogens and antioxidants. It's really an amazing product. (Just make sure you have enough food in your stomach regardless of which one you take.) Then, on top of these, I typically take another 3,000-4,000mg of Citrus Bioflavonoids and 1-2 capsules of Vitamin E Complete with Selenium. I've tried other brands of vitamin C and never got the results I do from Citrus Bioflavonoids. The reason I like the Vitamin E Complete is because it is...complete. Most people don't know that: "Vitamin E is actually not a single entity, but rather a lipid (fat) soluble micronutrient containing 8 active, naturally occurring plant constituents?4 tocopherols (alpha, beta, delta, gamma) and 4 tocotrienols (alpha, beta, delta, gamma). Collectively, these compounds are known as vitamin E. Researchers have determined that the biologic functions of tocopherols and tocotrienols appear unrelated, thus indicating a need for both." Source: HART Master Reference I've gone through 3 winters now, having moved to western New York from Florida. We get lots of snow here and very cold temperatures, and I haven't been sick yet! These supplements really work. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
