Does the subject sound familiar to you? I have all of those mentioned and they are really awful to deal with - its very stressful to be extremely fatigued and very nervous/anxious at the same time! Plus all the depression and apathy. I wish I had only one of them, not all of them...

Hi Finn, yes I relate to this. It's horrible. You'd think with the exhaustion that you could'nt be hyped up and fearful at the sametiime, yet it's there and on it goes. I avoid going anywhere because of this, it's ruining my life, that with the depression as well.
strict sugar free diet helps, but I'm going to start getting into chelation again I think and see if things change a bit.

Bex.. exactly.. hopefully we will beat this some day, this just isnt life at all... I guess we just have to try everything til we find something that helps..
Do you have any tremors/rapid heart beat associated with the nervousness? I have them quite badly and take beta-blockers which help a bit.

alot of times when you are experiencing both types of anxiety and depression at the same time the hormones are out of whack when all hormones are in balance then that is when we feel our best ,but mercury really messes that up , with me , I found out when testosterone was low then cortisol would try to compensate by increasing to very high levels ,which would cause a whole set of new problems , but when I increased testosterone then cortisol would come down and I would start feeling better , any type of adaptagenic herb can help with this , they help your body balance out and find a happy medium

No it sure isn't a life! Mine's been going on for so long, that it's almost part of me. However, it got much worse since the virus and other infections. Becoming fearful for no reason or exaggerated responses to stuff that shouldn't be an issue. Talking to someone, answering a phone, going somewhere to pick something up and i'm like a frightened rabbit.
Yep, I get heart palpitations and I get adrenaline rushes, sometimes so bad I am almost paralyzed with fear. I remember one health therapist gave me herbs to "calm me down" and all they did was drug me and didn't do a thing to help the anxiety.
I know that when I did the diet, I had much more control of this, but right now? Heck, I think I"m too toxic so it's gotten worse again.
It's a comfort to know I'm not the only one with this because it gets really isolating when you feel like this and people around you are "normal".

Hi Mikey, thats interesting, do you remember how low your testosterone was exactly? I know mine is at the low end of the range, I think it was 13 (10-33) and the biologically active testosterone was clearly below the range though I'm only 32 years old... which herb did you use? Thanks

Its amazing to think that some years ago I used to speak in front of people and actually liked it... now just a thought of such a thing makes me go crazy..

hi finn: both free and total testosterone were in the below normal range , I was on testosterone replacment therapy and prescribed androgel by the doc at the time , but had read that it can shut down your own bodies natural production for awhile when discontinued , so decided to go the natural route , I found 3 suppliments that really help , both free and total testosterone are in the normal ranges now herbs and suppliments as follows: tribulus 500-1000 mg , you can take every other day or 3 weeks on and 1 week off , this will prevent your body from building up tolerance to it and keep it effective for a very long time , I take it every other day it seems to work well for me the brand I use is made by NOW and comes in 500 mg capsules and cost about $15,00 after shipping zinc 25-50 mg daily this is a good estrogen inhibitor ,too much estrogen in men will lower testosterone levels saw palmetto extract - 160-320 mg daily this will prevent the conversion of testosterone to dyhydotestosterone or dht , and protect the prostate and help maintain normal testosterone levels these 3 suppliment have helped me out alot you will want to start out on the low end with these herbs and adjust as needed and takes about 1 week to kick in this is a good web sight for more info on this issue www.geocities.com/bill3320/hormones.html
