Mum is converted now, she has joined me and is now actively doing and trying new things to be fit and well.

Mum is real keen to do a Liver flush too for her liver spots, but I have said not yet and she needs to do a kidney cleanse first.

So next up will be a kidney cleanse! We will be using the Andreas Moritiz Kidney cleanse herbs. They are ordered and she will start the 1 month kidney cleanse soon. Just drinking a bit of herbal tea everyday….its hardly difficult!

After that maybe a liver flush, but prob try castor oil packs before because I’m getting good results from them right now.

Then in 90 days Humaworm round two will be done.
