Thanks for the link Sunshine. I've had a look at estrogen dominance (not sure there), and thyroid and adrenal problems. To my surprise, many of my symptoms match those for adrenal fatigue. I have asked my ND to recommend a good adrenal glandular that's available in the UK. She's not always around so I may need to wait a while, but I'd rather get her advice than just guess and get something that may make me worse.
