i think the so many of these personality traits comes from the metals. i've not only been shy but almost terrified and i know underneath, i am actually the opposite of that. really confident and outgoing but ive had metals all my life. when i have gotten little bursts of energy i become outgoing. so i would focus on the metals man if you have them.
