I am wondering what time of day it's best to exercise. Last year I starting exercising in the morning on empty stomach vs after work. I notice that is when I started gain more weight and felt hungry all day like my blood sugar was low. I have read it's better to exercsie in morning because your metoblism remains boosted all day. Then I have read it's better to exercsie in afternoon when your body temps are high. I also sweat excessively after 10 mins of exercise. I know endocrine/thyroid has been effect by mercury; I am in processing of removal. Is there a better time of day to exercise to help stablish blood sugar?

I always seemed to benefit most when exercising a few hours before bedtime. I know this is not the coventional belief but it helped me sleep. Of course, this is when I was still on mercury.
